Debt Advisory

Selected members of i-DealNet offer a Debt Advisory service to clients.

At different stages of their evolution, most businesses need to adapt or arrange new debt facilities which meet their changing needs.

Structuring and raising debt packages for different applications is a specialist skill, best provided by advisors with real experience working in debt markets.  A debt advisory specialist can add significant value and certainty where funds are required, for example, to support a transaction, whether for a corporate buyer or alongside Private Equity investors. A staple debt package can also be an attractive tool for vendors in approaching Private Equity buyers and putting them on a level playing field.

Businesses may also need assistance in times of financial stress, or where working capital or other finance is required to support growth.
